The Vaillant sensoHOME wireless RF programmable thermostat (VRT380F, part no. 0020260961) delivers everything the wired VRT380 does — 7-day schedules, eBUS load compensation, holiday mode, weather compensation capability — but without needing a cable run between the boiler and the thermostat position.

Wireless without compromise

The sensoHOME RF still communicates via eBUS — the wireless link is between the thermostat and a receiver module at the boiler, but the signal going into the boiler is still the full eBUS modulating protocol. You get the same load compensating efficiency as the wired version, not a degraded volt-free on/off signal. This distinguishes it from third-party wireless thermostats such as Hive or Nest, which revert to simple switching even on Vaillant boilers.

Compatibility

Compatible with all Vaillant eBUS boilers including ecoTEC plus, ecoTEC pro, ecoFIT pure, ecoFIT sustain. For pre-2018 eBUS boilers, a VRA42 adaptor may be required. For a second wireless zone, pair with VR66/2 wiring centre and VR92F wireless remote thermostat.
