The FlexiGas 28mm Double Sleeved Flexible Gas Pipe (DS-28) – 100m Spool is a pre-sleeved, twin-layer CSST gas pipe designed to pass through solid walls, solid floors, screed, soil and unvented voids straight from the spool, without requiring additional sleeving on site. Certified under the BSI Kitemark scheme (KM 598726) and manufactured to BS/EN 15266, it bends easily by hand for long continuous runs and can install up to 4x faster than copper or rigid steel.
The patent-pending pipe-in-pipe design combines a corrugated stainless steel gas pipe with a yellow PE cover inside a V0 fire-rated corrugated sleeve. With a built-in sleeve, 130+ compatible FGLink™ fittings and a free roll of silicone tape included, the FlexiGas DS-28 provides a practical solution for professional gas installation projects.

The FlexiGas DS-28 incorporates its own sleeve, allowing the pipe to be installed through solid floors, solid walls, structural elements, earth/soil, screed, unventilated voids and unventilated risers without additional sleeving on site. The small annulus allows direct clipping, while the flexible CSST construction supports long continuous runs. The pipe is compatible with the FlexiGas™ FGLink™ range of 130+ dezincification-resistant brass fittings.
