Unvented Hot Water Systems
Designed as an indirect unvented hot water cylinder with a 3 bar operating pressure.
The Megaflo Eco SystemReady 250SB is supplied with key plumbing and electrical components factory-fitted, including the 3kW immersion heater, thermal controls, T&P relief valve, tundish, wiring centre, 22mm 2-port motorised valve and internal floating baffle expansion vessel.
The installer connects the cold mains supply through the supplied inlet control kit, hot water outlet, primary flow and return from the system boiler, tundish discharge pipe and 230V electrical supply to the wiring centre.
The supplied cold water inlet control kit includes a 3 bar pressure reducing valve, 8 bar pressure relief valve, isolating valve, line strainer, non-return valve and drain valve. Tundish discharge must terminate at a compliant point in accordance with Building Regulations Part G.

Internal Expansion Vessel
The internal floating baffle expansion vessel is built into the cylinder shell, removing the need for a separate external expansion vessel.
High-Grade Duplex Stainless Steel
The inner vessel is manufactured from high-grade duplex stainless steel for a robust hot water storage solution.
60mm Polyurethane Insulation
60mm CFC/HCFC-free polyurethane foam insulation supports the cylinder's 1.61 kWh/24h standing heat loss.
Pre-Wired Immersion Heater
Includes one 3kW immersion heater with cylinder thermostat and high-limit overheat cut-out, supplied pre-wired.
Factory-Fitted Safety Components
Includes a 90°C / 10 bar T&P relief valve, insulation kit and 15/22mm tundish.
Motorised Valve & Wiring Centre
A 22mm 2-port motorised valve and wiring centre are supplied pre-fitted and wired.
