Valsir Pexal Brass Press Fittings for Valsir Multilayer Pipe System

Brass press fittings

Pexal® Brass press fittings are produced with a brass alloy body and a stainless steel sleeve fixed with a ring in transparent polymeric material. They are suited to a multitude of applications, from hot and cold drinking water supply systems to heating and industrial plants.

The fittings include a special base ring in transparent polymeric material that isolates the aluminum in the pipe from the brass in the fitting. This increases the insertion depth on the insert and ensures greater control. Each fitting is individually wrapped for easier handling and improved protection from dust and debris on site.

  • Two O-ring seals guarantee maximum hydraulic tightness.
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 sleeve is pre-fitted on the fitting and includes inspection holes.
  • Diameters from Ø16 to 26 mm allow detection of leaks if the fitting has not been pressed correctly.
  • Diameters Ø16 to 50 mm available with multipress profiles compatible with jaws H, TH, U, C, VAL.
  • Made of a special brass alloy that is corrosion resistant.
  • Suitable for both water supply and heating/cooling installations.
  • PTFE ring prevents galvanic corrosion between the pipe and the fitting.
  • Wide range of diameters available from Ø14 to 90 mm.
