The Vaillant 1970mm 60/100mm Flue Extension (303905) is a genuine Vaillant concentric air and flue duct extension designed for compatible boiler flue systems. With a nominal length of 1970mm, it provides additional reach when routing a boiler flue around building constraints and positioning the terminal correctly for the installation.
Manufactured from polypropylene (PP), this flue extension features a 60/100mm concentric design that combines the air intake and flue gas discharge within one system. Its push-fit connection system is designed to simplify assembly with compatible Vaillant flue components, including suitable elbows, adaptors and terminals.
The extension can be shortened on site where necessary, helping installers achieve a suitable fit for the required flue route. It can be used in compatible horizontal or vertical configurations, subject to the boiler manufacturer's installation instructions, maximum permitted flue length and termination requirements.
