The FlexiGas 15mm Double Sleeved Flexible Gas Pipe (DS-15) – 50m Spool is a pre-sleeved, twin-layer CSST gas pipe designed for fast and versatile gas installations. Its patent-pending pipe-in-pipe construction allows the pipe to pass through solid walls, solid floors, screed, soil, unvented voids and unventilated risers without requiring additional sleeving on site.

Installation & compatibility

The FlexiGas DS-15 features a patent-pending pipe-in-pipe design consisting of an inner corrugated stainless steel gas pipe with a yellow PE cover, positioned inside a V0 fire-rated corrugated sleeve in a slidable configuration. This allows the CSST to be inserted and withdrawn while providing a built-in sleeve for installation scenarios covered by the supplied specifications.
