The FlexiGas 40mm Double Sleeved Flexible Gas Pipe (DS-40) – 25m Box is a pre-sleeved, twin-layer CSST gas pipe designed to pass through a wide range of installation scenarios straight out of the box. With its built-in sleeve, it can be installed through solid walls, solid floors, screed, soil and unvented voids without requiring additional sleeving on site.
Certified under the BSI Kitemark scheme KM 598726 and manufactured to BS/EN 15266, the FlexiGas DS-40 bends easily by hand for long continuous runs and is designed to install up to 4x faster than copper or rigid steel. The 25-metre boxed coil is suitable for commercial gas installation projects requiring 40mm flexible gas pipework.

Installation & compatibility
Built-in sleeving: The FlexiGas DS-40 features a built-in sleeve designed to meet the requirements of BS 6891 and IGEM/UP/2, 3 & 7. It can be routed through solid floors, solid walls and structural elements, earth or soil, screed, unventilated voids and unventilated risers without requiring additional sleeving on site. The small annulus allows direct clipping where appropriate.
