The FlexiGas 22mm Double Sleeved Flexible Gas Pipe (DS-22) – 15m Box is a pre-sleeved, twin-layer CSST gas pipe designed to pass through a wide range of installation scenarios straight out of the box, including solid walls, solid floors, screed, soil and unvented voids. With no additional sleeving required on site, it provides a practical solution for domestic gas installations where efficient routing and installation are important.

Certified under the BSI Kitemark scheme KM 598726 and manufactured to BS/EN 15266, the 22mm FlexiGas DS-22 bends easily by hand for long continuous runs and is designed to install up to 4x faster than copper or rigid steel. The 15-metre boxed coil is particularly suited to individual boiler and appliance installations, with a free roll of silicone tape included in every box.

Installation & compatibility

The FlexiGas DS-22 features a built-in sleeve manufactured to BS 6891 and IGEM/UP/2, 3 & 7, allowing the pipe to be routed through the stated installation scenarios without additional sleeving on site. The inner corrugated stainless steel gas pipe sits within a yellow PE cover and V0 fire-rated corrugated sleeve in a slidable pipe-in-pipe configuration. The small annulus also allows direct clipping.
