FlexiGas DS-22 Double Sleeved CSST Gas Pipe – 100m Spool is a Kitemark-certified corrugated stainless steel gas pipe with its protective sleeve built in. Designed for fast, efficient gas installations, the pre-sleeved CSST system can be installed through solid walls, floors, screed, soil and unvented voids without requiring separate sleeving.

The 100-metre continuous spool allows installers to cut the exact length required for each job, helping reduce joints and material waste. FlexiGas DS-22 can be bent by hand and is designed for long, joint-free runs, with installation claimed to be up to 4x faster than copper.

This means the pipe can be routed through walls, floors, screed, soil and unvented voids without requiring a separate sleeving operation.
