How to Use (Simple Guide)

1. Make sure the cylinder is powered and that the programmer/thermostat (installed as part of your system) is switched on.
2. Set the hot water temperature using your controls (as set by your installer for best performance).
3. Use hot water normally at taps and showers—hot water is supplied directly from the cylinder.
4. Allow recovery time after heavy use so the cylinder can reheat to the set temperature.
5. If hot water is not heating correctly, check that:
   • the hot water schedule/programme is enabled,
   • the power supply/immersion is switched on,
   • and there are no active system faults.
6. Do not adjust safety components (such as the T&P valve) yourself. If you notice leaks or abnormal operation, contact a qualified installer.
