Description
The Joule Cyclone Air range of unvented cylinders features an internal expansion vessel (similar to the Megaflo range). This makes the installation neat and efficient, as there’s no need for additional pipework for the expansion vessel.
This is a Direct model, meaning it heats domestic hot water for taps and showers, but does not heat radiators. If you need hot water for radiators, you would require an Indirect cylinder and a suitable boiler (or a combi boiler).
The cylinder has a capacity of 125 litres and contains 2 x 3kW elements to heat the water.

How to Use (Simple Guide)
- Ensure the cylinder is powered via the correct electrical supply/controls (typically a programmer/thermostat system).
- Set your hot water temperature using your system controls (as supplied/installed by your installer).
- Use hot water normally at sinks, showers, and taps—hot water is drawn directly from the cylinder.
- After heavy hot water use, allow time for recovery (approx. 46 minutes) for the cylinder to reheat to the set temperature.
- If hot water becomes inconsistent, check whether the heating schedule/programmer is turned on and set correctly.
