Place the button on the lid and secure it with the button nut, remove the escutcheon if the lid hole is 38 to 45 mm, then clip the cable case and replace the lid. Fits the Siamp Optima 50 cable-operated flush valve; confirm the valve model before ordering. See section III of the Optima 50 manual.
