Installation & compatibility
The FlexiGas DS-50 features a patent-pending pipe-in-pipe configuration consisting of an inner corrugated stainless steel gas pipe with yellow PE cover, positioned inside a V0 fire-rated corrugated sleeve. The slidable configuration allows the CSST to be inserted and withdrawn.
The integrated sleeve is specified for installation through solid floors, solid walls, structural elements, earth/soil, screed, unventilated voids and unventilated risers. For connections, the pipe pairs with FlexiGas™ DN50 male BSP adaptors and straight unions in dezincification-resistant brass. Installation must comply with applicable gas installation regulations and manufacturer requirements.
