The FlexiGas 22mm Double Sleeved Flexible Gas Pipe (DS-22) – 50m Spool is a pre-sleeved, twin-layer CSST gas pipe designed to cover a wide range of UK installation scenarios directly from the spool. It can be routed through solid walls, solid floors, screed, soil, unvented voids and unventilated risers without requiring additional sleeving on site.

Manufactured to BS/EN 15266 and certified under the BSI Kitemark scheme KM 598726, the FlexiGas DS-22 bends easily by hand for long continuous runs. Its pipe-in-pipe construction, reduced number of joints and flame-free installation can help make installation faster than traditional copper or rigid steel pipework.

Installation & compatibility

The FlexiGas DS-22 features a patent-pending pipe-in-pipe construction consisting of a corrugated stainless steel gas pipe with a yellow PE cover, positioned inside a V0 fire-rated corrugated sleeve in a slidable configuration. The built-in sleeve is designed to meet the stated sleeve requirements of BS 6891 and IGEM/UP/2, 3 & 7, allowing the pipe to be used across the specified installation scenarios without additional sleeving.
