GetPlumb were really helpful in matching the right part for me. I phoned and they were able to give me measurements for two different variants of the part, one with 70mm flange and one with an 85mm flange. They also assured me they could dispatch the part quickly and it arrived the next day as promised. Thank you for the good service.
I am very pleased with the two 28 mm Primaflow QLC Lever Ball Valves which were received in perfect condition within 48 hours of being ordered. These are quality items at a good price. However, I would really have liked to have been told that they would be delivered by Royal Mail, and also they were poorly packaged although thankfully did not suffer as a result.
